arryp0tter Posted April 27, 2009 Report Posted April 27, 2009 Hi there am goign to be buying a diesel galaxy asap since my old 96 2ltr petrol died am looking at 2002/03 ish i see in adverts different apparent different engines in different models 95ps 11ps etc what are these regarding also how often and how much is a cam belt change my old petrol was a real good car are there any pitfalls with the diesel to look out for sorry for so many mundane questions but if you dont ask you dont get this is the best ford forum around have always trusted your responses to questions thanks people Quote
Ivor_E_Tower Posted May 7, 2009 Report Posted May 7, 2009 2002/2003 should give you a choice of 115, 130 or 150 PS engines. All have the same torque output though. Cam belt change is 40,000 or 60,000 miles depending on several factors! and it costs an arm and a leg at a main dealer. Reason is that one wheel has to be removed to get access to the belt and pulleys. From memory I pad around Quote
